This year's Ale & Cider Trail, the 29th Annual event, is scheduled to start on the 1st of June and will finish on the 30th of September, taking in 40 Pubs/Clubs around the area of the Brighton & South Downs Branch of CAMRA.

The full list of participating Pubs/Clubs is shown below; Passports will be available from each one from the 1st of June as well as at the Launch.

This year it commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the Brighton & South Downs Branch of CAMRA

Please note that, again, there will be no dedicated Cider Rider part of the Trail; Cider drinkers can participate by having a pint of Real Cider, where available, in any of the listed Pubs/Clubs; a Cider T-Shirt will be available as an alternative to the Trail T-shirt, on request, as shown in the centre pages of the Passport

There was a successful and very well attended Bus Tour in 2023 and one is being organised for 2024
B&SD 50th Anniversary Ale Trail 2024 Bus Trip

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Brighton & South Downs Branch of CAMRA, there will be special prizes available in lieu of the Sweatshirt or Polo shirt + T-Shirt for obtaining stamps from all 40 Pubs/Clubs plus all 10 stamps from the Pubs - see Pages 1 & 12 of the Passport
