Friendly food oriented pub opposite Seaford station. Comfortable interior. One changing real ale normally from a local brewery. Breakfasts served from 9.30 - 11.30. Announced it is to close on 19/11/22. No indication at present as to what might be the future use of the premises. [June 2023] Plans to convert into a doctor's surgery have fallen through, so future still uncertain. [2025/2026] Change of use planning permission granted for conversion to a private members club.
